Wira Shoes from AKMAN GROUP’s, offers made-to-measure clothing for both men and women. On the website you will find detailed product descriptions and 3D visualization of the products you may purchase. Although we try to accurately display the colors of our products on the website, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor and your screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will exactly match the color of the products on delivery and/or receipt:
– Variations in manufacturing processes, your monitor settings and your computer hardware may affect the fabrics and designs of the products, which means that the products delivered may be slightly different in appearance to those shown and described on the website;

If you are buying from the European Union and therefore our products are to be delivered in the Union, taxes are included.
We do not accept orders from EU customers placed in currencies other than the Euro.
For all other countries taxes are not included. Outside the EU All Wira Shoes charges exclude taxes, duties and other governmental taxes. You agree to pay and be responsible for any taxes, duties or surcharges associated with your transaction with our website. If your order is stopped at customs and has an additional charge, even though we are not obliged to do so, we will refund the amount paid (up to 25% of the order value). To request a refund you will need to contact us within 30 days and enclose proof of payment.
6. Delivery
The delivery time is 25 days from the date of payment. The delivery date offered is an estimated date which may vary depending on external factors. Wira Shoes guarantees delivery time except in situations, events or circumstances beyond our control (customer unavailability, adverse weather conditions, errors in shipping information, legal procedures, etc.). Shipping is included.
7. After-Sales Policy: returns and fixings
European Union
In the European Union, the return regulations for customized products are regulated by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. According to this directive, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within a period of 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without the need for justification and without incurring additional costs, except for return costs.
However, this right of withdrawal may not apply to customized products that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s specifications and which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly as is the case with Wira Shoes. In this case we inform you that the purchase of the product is not refundable.

8. Cancellation
Wira Shoes only allows the cancellation of an order if it is made within 48 hours. After this time, Wira Shoes does not offer the possibility to cancel an order as production has started and non-recoverable costs (fabrics, tailor’s time, etc.) have been incurred.
9. Modifications and Content Accuracy
Wira Shoes from AKMAN GROUP’s reserves the right to make the unannounced changes it deems appropriate on its website, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on its website, for improvement and renewal purposes.
10. Exclusion Rights
Wira Shoes from AKMAN GROUP reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its website and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
